Refund policy
RETURNS
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in Like-New condition. This means the item must be clean, undamaged, unmodified, complete with all original components, and suitable for resale.
Items showing scratches, cracks, chips, stains, adhesive residue, modification, damage, excessive use, improper installation, or missing components may be denied a refund or may qualify for only a partial refund at our discretion.
Please contact Bucking Rabbit Co. before returning an item so the return can be authorized.
RETURN SHIPPING
Unless the return is due to a verified manufacturing defect, shipping damage, or an error made by Bucking Rabbit Co., the customer is responsible for shipping costs both ways.
Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable.
If shipping was included in the purchase price or advertised as free shipping, the actual outbound shipping cost incurred by Bucking Rabbit Co. may be deducted from the refund.
Refunds are processed after the returned product has been received and inspected.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Because all Bucking Rabbit Co. products are made to order, cancellation eligibility depends on the production status of the order.
Before Production:
Orders canceled before production has begun are eligible for a full refund.
After Production Has Begun:
Orders canceled after production has begun are subject to a 15% cancellation fee.
Production is considered to have begun once any portion of the order has been cut, manufactured, prepared for assembly, assembled, packaged, or otherwise prepared for shipment.
Submitting a cancellation request does not automatically cancel an order. Cancellation is effective once confirmed by Bucking Rabbit Co.
REFUND PROCESSING
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
Once a refund has been submitted, the time required for funds to appear in the customer's account is determined by the applicable bank, card issuer, PayPal, Shopify, or other payment provider.
LIFETIME MANUFACTURING DEFECT WARRANTY
Bucking Rabbit Co. provides a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects, subject to review and approval.
Warranty claims require reasonable documentation of the claimed defect. Photographs will generally be required.
A manufacturing defect is a defect attributable to the materials or manufacturing of the product.
The lifetime manufacturing warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
• Accidents or impacts
• Improper installation
• Misuse or abuse
• Modification or alteration
• Normal wear and tear
• Cosmetic wear that does not affect product function
• Exposure to conditions outside the product's intended use
• Damage caused by another product, vehicle component, or accessory
• Loss or theft
Approved warranty claims may be resolved through repair, replacement, replacement components, or another appropriate remedy determined by Bucking Rabbit Co.
The warranty applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable unless otherwise approved.
PRO POWER MAGNETIC COVER PROTECTION REPLACEMENT PROGRAM
If a Bucking Rabbit Co. Pro Power Magnetic Cover breaks while performing its intended protective function and protecting the vehicle's Pro Power panel from an impact or similar event, the original purchaser may be eligible to purchase a replacement cover at 50% off the normal replacement price, subject to approval.
This program is separate from our lifetime manufacturing defect warranty. Impact damage is not considered a manufacturing defect.
Photographs or other reasonable documentation of the damaged cover may be required.
The customer must retain the damaged cover and its magnets. The magnets from the original cover are to be transferred by the customer to the replacement cover.
Discounted replacement covers will be manufactured with plastic spacers in place of the magnets normally supplied with a new cover.
The 50% discount applies to the replacement product. Applicable shipping charges remain the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated.
Eligibility is determined by Bucking Rabbit Co. based on the circumstances and documentation provided.
