TERMS OF SERVICE
By placing an order with Bucking Rabbit Co., you acknowledge and agree to our posted store policies, including our production and processing times, shipping policy, cancellation policy, return policy, and warranty terms.
Bucking Rabbit Co. is a small, two-person business. Our products are made to order in our shop rather than pulled from an inventory of pre-manufactured finished goods.
Made to order. Made in our shop. Made in the USA. 🇺🇸
MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
All Bucking Rabbit Co. products are made to order.
Because production is performed specifically for each order, customers acknowledge that a processing period is required before shipment.
Current production and processing times are described in our Shipping Policy.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, compatibility information, vehicle fitment information, product options, and order details before completing a purchase.
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct product, vehicle application, configuration, color, design, and other available options.
If you are unsure whether a product is appropriate for your application, please contact us before ordering.
PAYMENT DISPUTES AND CHARGEBACKS
We encourage customers to contact Bucking Rabbit Co. directly if there is a question or concern regarding an order so that we have an opportunity to assist.
If a payment dispute, chargeback, PayPal dispute, or similar payment claim is opened while an order is being processed, Bucking Rabbit Co. reserves the right to pause production, fulfillment, and shipment while the payment transaction remains disputed.
An order placed on hold because of an active payment dispute may remain on hold until confirmation is received from the applicable payment provider or processor that the dispute has been closed or otherwise resolved.
When funds associated with an order have already been withheld, reversed, or placed under dispute by a payment processor, Bucking Rabbit Co. may be unable to issue a separate refund while the dispute remains active.
This is intended to prevent duplicate reimbursement where both a merchant-issued refund and a payment-provider reversal are issued for the same transaction.
If a customer wishes to cancel an order while a payment dispute is active, Bucking Rabbit Co. may require confirmation that the dispute has been closed before processing a separate cancellation or refund.
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights available to a customer under applicable law or through their payment provider.
POLICY EXCEPTIONS
Bucking Rabbit Co. may, at its discretion, provide accommodations, replacement components, discounted replacements, refunds, or other resolutions beyond those specifically provided by our policies.
Providing an exception or courtesy resolution in one situation does not create an obligation to provide the same exception in another situation and does not modify our policies for future transactions.
POLICY UPDATES
Bucking Rabbit Co. reserves the right to update its store policies from time to time.
The policies applicable to an order are generally those in effect at the time the order is placed, except where changes are required by applicable law.
